A Lifetime of Solving Problems

Some people receive great satisfaction from helping others and solving problems. Ben Lipschitz is one of those unique people. When Ben was in his early 20’s, his hang-out was a local electronics store. He enjoyed helping customers with questions and would often step behind the counter, even though not a paid employee, to assist them.

Ben would ask customers of the electronics store how he could help, ask questions about what they liked and didn’t like about certain stereos, listen, and make informed recommendations. This is when Ben first realized that he was effective at solving problems and he enjoyed being able to help others.

Ben’s objective has always been to develop solutions - it’s his unique ability. This ability is what led him into the financial services industry and to start his own firm, Elite Financial Solutions.

This theme of problem solving has been with Ben throughout his career. His greatest satisfaction as a financial advisor today comes when he is able to help a client solve a problem – even when he doesn’t get paid directly for that advice – just like at the electronics store.
